For International guests: After securely inputting your credit card information via PayPal or bank transfer, inform your credit card provider to authorize international transactions in order for your payment to go through.

台中市一名施姓男子，昨(28)日持西瓜刀前往沙鹿區一間超商行搶，林姓女店員拿起櫃檯下的球棒和板凳奮力抵抗，竟將高她10幾公分、身材壯碩的施男打得落荒而逃，警方目前正全力追緝施男到案。
警方調查，28日上午10時許，35歲的施姓男子獨自跑到沙鹿區一家超商，見店內沒有其他人，便將預藏的西瓜刀拿出來，朝林姓女店員揮舞，要她把錢拿出來，林女趕緊拿出櫃台下的球棒抵抗，並趁機按下警衛鈴，但隨即不敵施男，球棒遭對方搶走，林女又抓起一旁的板凳反抗，施男見林女不肯就範，加上警鈴大響，便奪門而出逃逸離去。
林女表示，施男是店裡常客，常來店裡買酒，沒想到他會拿出西瓜刀意圖搶劫，她害怕自己被殺才拿球棒奮力抵抗並按下警鈴，幸好擊退施訂房資訊男，雖然手指也受了傷，但並無大礙。
警方表示，無業的施姓男子是轄區治安人口，雖然住在隔壁村莊，但時常到超商附近與人喝酒，研判他可能是看到店裡只有林女一個人，才會下手企圖行搶，警方目前已掌握他的身分全力追緝中。
國際貨幣基金（IMF）宣布，將人民幣納入特別提款權（SDR）一籃子貨幣，渣打銀行董事總經理兼央行與主權財富基金主管Jukka Pihlman認為，這將促使大量資金逐漸流入人民幣，各國央行、主權財富基金(SWF)及多邊機構將重新調整其資產負債表，流入量將從8000億美元增至超過1兆美元，即使按保守估計，每年重新分配約1%的全球儲備，年流入額也將達約800億美元。
繼11月初公布人民幣(RMB)符合IMF的「可自由使用」貨幣標準後，IMF執行委員會更將人民幣納入其特別提款權(SDR)貨幣籃子中，預計明年10月1日生效。渣打銀認為，由於中國大陸已採取史無前例的措施開放資本市場，因此，入籃並非意外，而且對人民幣而言，是一個重大的里程碑，將促使大量資金逐漸流入人民幣，這將永久改變全球貨幣格局。
Jukka Pihlman認為，各國央行、主權財富基金(SWF)及多邊機構將重新調整其資產負債表，不會等到明年再採取行動，而且實際上，已有多達70家央行開始動用部分儲備投資在岸或離岸人民幣。
為了符合加入SDR的資格，中國大陸採取了徹底的改革措施，包括對公共部門投資者而言，人民幣已經可以全面轉換，是否進入中國銀行間債券市場(CIBM)或對其投資的規模絲毫不受限制，而市場在關注中國大陸經濟增速放緩時，基本上忽視了這些層面。在全球十大央行中，有5家迄今仍限制投資CIBM。不過，鑑於中國大陸近期的改革措施，這些央行及許多其他公共部門投資者開始審視自己的立場，未來它們可能會顯著地、逐步地加大其投資力度。
渣打並預估，人民幣占全球儲備的份額將達到兩位數，流入量將從8000億美元增至超過1兆美元，但這可能需要多年時間。即使按保守估計，每年重新分配約1%的全球儲備，則年流入額將達到約800億美元，更何況總流入額了。
除了央行紛紛行動外，一定規模的主權財富基金也將加大投資力度。Jukka Pihlman認為，雖然難以作出普遍預測，但以挪威的主權財富基金為例，其固定收益基準是加權GDP，而分配至CIBM的份額可能達400多億美元。
不過，與普遍觀點不同的是，渣打預期，人民幣加入SDR籃子，實際上不會觸發全系統的對沖需求，但看多或看空SDR的一些國家可能會對沖其倉位。
